Planning to ctb tnite

So I have my set up ready for full suspension, 12 mm rope on a pull up station bar. Bowline knot on pole and a noose knot. My question is do I need an added stopper knot on both ends, especially since I cut both ends? If so which is the best for both sides and how do I do it? Is there a video or something? Also is it best to have something around your neck? If so what is best? I read a bag or table cloth, is this necessary. I know there is no painless option but please give any feedback to make this as peaceful as possible and quick as possible. I've been suffering my whole life and if I don't do this my life will without a doubt continue to get worse. I need this way out.

Please read more posts or threads on SS.. to at least get a better understanding of what you would need to do.
Do not rush your CTB, it would likely lead to failure, and that is much worse.

You basically have everything you need. So do I actually. Just time to make a decision. It's not easy of course. I wish you peace, whatever you decide.

Hi first of all I'm so sorry for all the bad things that led to this point.

I'd recommend that yes absolutely make a stopper knot on the tail that comes out of your bowline. You can use a simple overhand knot. And also before you hang yourself tighten one final time the bowline so it's absolutely secure. Once you hang fully there is your weight on the bowline which will make it impossible that the bowline opens itself because your weight will tighten that part of the knot the so called "eye".
Make sure to place the noose above your adamsapple and the knot on the back side in the middle. I recommend to also make a stopper knot on your noose knot.
