It's kinda similar to the exit bag method but that one uses nitrogen instead, I don't know of the specifics tbh.

It's not recommended. Too risky to end up in the hospital. And for recreational use, it can seriously damage the brain and the body. Some people end up in a wheelchair. Take care.

Mainly through the typical way of hypoxia, but that would require some kind of setup.. The damage nitrous can do if used recreationally, is not surely deadly, but can be really nasty. (i think it can destroy neuron connections in the nervous system iirc)
