Pigeon family gave me a reason to stay

I've been getting visits from these two specific pigeons for a few months now, and they like to sit in my flower pots on my balcony, which pisses me off because they trample my plants.
But yesterday, as I try to shoo the pigeon away, I see an egg???? They decided to nest in one of my flower baskets. She's been sitting on her egg ever since and her husband seems to come by sporadically for a visit. Little do these birds know they just gave me a reason to hold on for a month or two. I really want to see the baby pigeon grow up.

I love animals in particular cows. I see pigeons at the cemetery I visit every day. I have a pet cat, animals are so much better than humans and are one of the only good things about life.

Careful, when you least expect, they might take over your home!

We once helped a pigeon that was being attacked by the chicken, now there are like 20 of them. They come over for breakfast and dinner.

The pigeons in my balcony were super bad at parenting, left their eggs unattended for the longest periods. Unfortunately, the eggs never hatched. :(
