There's one thing that can sum up my head space (not a pun), a playlist that can summarise the trauma and abuse and terror that secretly always yields in my subconscious: OMORI BS OST. Those who already know the game or have already played it probably know what I'm refering to, but for those who don't: I recommend giving it a listen.

Back some time ago I jokingly thought to myself: "this is the dissociation playlist No.1"

For those who don't know what this playlist is, I'll just say that it's a mix of corrupted shit meant to represent a person's suppressed pain. What happens once you look back into bad memories you wish you could just forget.

This post does sound stupid, but I wanna share it anyway because I'll be able to go back to it and still find some "relief" in knowing I posted somewhere on the internet a thing that has helped me feel more "acknowledged". This represents what I feel.
