This is my boy Charlie. He lays on me like this just about all day, unless I have to go do something (ie. never).

I recently had a contest within my community where people had to submit "the cutest pet with a painted rock" picture in order to enter. So these were a few of them, thought I'd share.

It's something I do a lot in my area. I host giveaways, usually of painting supplies for both adults and children. I like coming up with different ways to enter the contest that are relatable and fun. So once they painted a rock, they had to take a pic with their pet. I had about 40-50 entries. That's so generous and lovely. And so nice when there's an opportunity for all children to get involved and feel part of something :-)

As promised last week, here is Jack, my not literally "feral", but very untrusting one-eyed kitty. He had a rough life before I found him and still has issues with people getting close and touch him. When we need a vet, I have to sedate him. I'm probably the only person he lets himself be touched
by, but even after years I still have to walk on eggshells around him.Love and kindness is a great gift to give Bless ya

Thank you, I tried my best with him, but animals can suffer from PTDS, just like humans. Hard to deal with :(
