Venting People not understanding the pain, need to die soon

I have been really trying to get better and not think about suicide, but I'm at the end of my rope.

When I try and explain to mental health workers , I am accused of overthinking.

I can't cope anymore, I need a way out this weekend.

I'm in the UK, I wanted an exit bag or SN as a method, but I can't make it to the end of the month anymore and need a way out.

Thinking of electrocution, does the toaster in the bath really work? Are there any safety features that prevent it as a method?

Also have 200 paracetamol, can anyone say if that would be enough to KO me so I don't feel as much pain, I really can't cope anymore I want to die

Also have a Stanley knife available, I can use that now, I'm that desperate, just need a way to minimize the pain. Thinking of numbing spray, maybe get very drunk, ice/heat, but would welcome any more advice for minimizing pain

Honestly none of those plans are viable. Sorry.
