Partially hanging

Would partial hanging be a method you would recommend? I saw a thread about it here a little bit ago, it says it's better than the full suspention one. I've read a bunch of stuff about hanging and even though it might not be my final decision i'd like to learn more about it.

There's a sticky thread about suicide resource compilation, if you click on it there's a mega thread on hanging. You can get more info there. Personally I don't know much about hanging, so I hope you find what you need. I just heard that partial hanging was easier to set up. :)
