Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Faults of my own

I'm looking into doing partial, but I have some concerns. I have a leather belt, weigh about 50kg/112 lbs, and would likely wedge my belt between the bedroom doorframe and door. Would using a cervical foam collar or something help with the choking feeling/airway blockage when trying to kneel, or would that make it more difficult to compress my carotids? I really want to compress my carotids without obstructing the airway, but every time I test with a sock on the belt, it does not work.

I also saw that on amazon, they sell tourniquets that I could possibly make alterations to so that there is pressure on the sides of my neck when tightening the tourniquet. Do you think that would be worth a short, or should I focus on partial first?
