okay, first post so please tell me if this belongs elsewhere.
so i'm thinking about partial hanging or tourniquet. they have pretty similar ideas so would the consequences be the same if found? like, if you got caught and saved which one is more likely to cause permanent damage or are they about the same? sorry if this has been asked before, if it has i can't find it. thank you!
