Help Partial how to?

So I tried practice partial hanging, but its super uncomfortable and I don't passt out at all

Now I don't know where to put the knot. At the back or the Front of my neck?
I only have a door handle available. I am aware it's not the best, but the only place in my room where I could do it.

So any help/Tips to overcome this?
