Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I tried to partial hang from a bathroom door (the rope - it was more like a long belt, like the one you use to hold junk around your car) was tied to the door knob on the other side and then went through the top of the door. But I couldnt stand the pressure, like it felt like even my teeth were going to explode inside my mouth and I didnt even apply that much weight. I was just trying it out to see what I felt.
How do people do this?

Could be the rope being in the wrong spot on your neck, maybe? I had a similar feeling (like my head was going to burst from blood pressure) for a long time. I changed:

-putting the rope higher on my neck
-changing the position of my body (I didn't use enough of my own weight)
-using padding (thin folded socks)

That combination eliminated all pain. I only either feel weak now, or my body starts tingling.

Sounds like you compressed your jugulars but not your cartoids. It's very hard to find the sweet spot in my experience but when you do you feel no pain and no exploding head feeling.

I've been experimenting in the last two days with both the ligature method using a variety of items (necktie, shoelace, rope) as well as a wooden spoon for a tourniquet but just couldn't get it to work, I seemed to be able to only hit the jugulars or trachea.

I have quite a thick neck (both fat and muscle) and am a 6'1' and 240 on male with a football lineman type build so hanging might be my only choice

I bought climbing rope yesterday and am going to try out partial hanging from either my partner shower curtain rod or wall closet rod (which feels more secure) very soon as I'm hoping to CTB today
