Help Partial hanging

I've decided to do partial hanging to cbt. Will a scarf work or does a rope work the best?

If possible do not cheap out on the rope :')

I got a nylon rope and that is the recommended one. Have a look at the pinned threads.

Would not choose hanging as my first choice tho ngl. Not very peaceful.

I do get it tho if you can't get your hands on SN or Helium
