Partial Hanging Reliability

So I'm not seeing this addressed as much, since I keep seeing FAILED Par-Hang posts. But has anyone succeeded with partial hanging? How do u override the SI? Also, I'm hearing ppl say i can't PM until I have a higher score, is this true?

I feel like a big part of the key to success with partial hanging is having the will power. And also as the comment about stated, pills or alcohol would probably help. I would personally just be worried about my bodies natural instincts after I pass out because I have seen dozens of videos hangings and there is always a little bit of a struggle
