Method partial hanging or full?

does anybody know how i can do a full suspension? or what kind of belt should i use on my bed to hang myself? also how to do it?i really need to die i can't handle this life anymore. too painful i can't even go out of my bed and study, depression is leading me to this i can't even remember things and i'm tired to see people in my university about to graduate and i have to but i can't because i can't study
i really have to do it my life is a nightmare
i tried with my psychiatrist every road, i'm on antidepressants since december and nothing improved only got worse
sadly i lost my father three years ago so i want to reach him and rest in peace near him, its the only closure i need

I'm looking for methods to do the same. I've tried the Robin Williams method a few times, blacked out and woke up.

Any suggestions on strangulation methods are wanted. I have no rope strong enough to hang outside and don't trust extension chords etc
