I've tried to make this method the whole day now. And everything I got is feeling my head is heavy e feel de pulse of my carotid stronger. I don't know what else to do. If you have any tips please give me, otherwise I'll continue to total hanging Wich isn't my first choice because of agony. Please explain like you're talking to a 8 years old, I wanna make it work. Thanks.
