Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

The SN instructions say that if you are taking a painkiller, you should avoid the sedative to reduce the risk of vomiting. I can't decide which is better, I am confused by the stomach irritation from ibuprofen, which will most likely also contribute to vomiting. Paracetamol is quite toxic to the liver, given the hypoxia, I am afraid that this could lead to liver damage if I somehow survive. So I would rather choose a sedative. I would like to hear your opinions guys.
