Overdosing ibuprofen

Is mixing alcohol with high dose of ibuprofen (~4500mg) enough to CTB???

No, you can't overdose in OTC meds. Please, don't try, it will feel really horrible and you won't die. You can check about non-methods here, including almost every type of overdose:

Do not do this. It's pretty much impossible to OD on ibuprofen, you would have to eat literal bowls of pills to even have a chance. Even if you did, you would most likely just throw it all up or end up with renal dysfunction/failure.

One of my first overdose/suicide patients was someone who took a whole bottle of ibuprofen and then got scared and called 9-1-1. They were completely fine in the end.

Sure can work. Dying in a sea of your own vomited blood literally choking on your own blood vomiting so much of it.
But it would work technically I'm sure.
