Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

**I want to preface this by saying I know overdosing on medications has a very high failure rate, and that it can be very damaging if you survive it and that it is not a peaceful way to go. I do not recommend this.**

I am a counselor for an intensive group therapy program. Majority of my patients are freshly discharged from the hospital, and I get to read through their entire chart/history to determine if they're appropriate for the program. With this, I see detailed documentation on what happens in the ER/hospital after someone attempts.

I am shockingly surprised at how little medication overdoses can quickly send someone to the ICU, intubated and unconscious. I wish I wrote down more specific cases, but recently I had a patient in the ICU for 12 days after just taking at most a whole bottle of xanax, trazodone, and seroquel with alcohol. Requiring resuscitation and aggressive treatment to keep her alive. If she didn't call 911 right after doing it she likely wouldn't have survived. I've also seen people take multiple prescribed psych meds, but maybe only 3-5 pills each and end up in a similar situation.

So, I really think medication overdose can be more fatal than some people think. It may be painful and a long process, but I think more deaths would occur if people didn't receive lifesaving treatment.

I'm thinking of making a big margarita (after getting high as balls), taking Zofran, and then taking as many of my pills as I can. I'm currently prescribed Strattera, Prozac, Seroquel, Lamictal, Xanax for my mental health and also prescribed Flexeril, Nortriptyline, and Candesartan for various health issues.

It may be stupid, but tired of failing at hanging, too broke for a gun, and can't find an SN source after losing the 2 I had before I had the money for it.

🤷🏼‍♀️ will document when I do it

Most prescription drugs are made to be safe and they give you them at a "safe" dosage. A dose where it can harm you but not kill you.
Illicit drugs are more lethal and more deadly than legal ones. I wouldnt really attempt what youre doing.

I too have thought of this. A random assortment of like 1500+ psych pills mixed with booze should do the trick on an empty stomach.

Benzos/beta blockers/mood stabalizers/antipsychotics/ssri/sleeping pills 100s of each. Have mason jars full of them.

Exactly! I've been stockpiling leftovers whenever my dr changes them or the dose

I also consider OD on olanzapine (1,920mg) if I won't have the balls to hang myself. Back in 2021 I took not more than 500mg and ended up tubed in the IUC in a two-day coma. They said I barely survived. I think I would have a good chance since this time I would make sure to not be found.
I read some time ago that someone survived 15g of nembutal, they were undiscovered for two days. So unless I am super unlucky, it should work. But I would much rather go with hanging if I ever have the balls to do it.
I am sure there must be a way to fatally overdose, it's just difficult to get your hands on a big amount of psych meds

I have yet to see a medication OD succeed on this forum. Appreciate that you plan to document what you take.

Seems really unlikely if you don't have a huge ton of pills. Good luck. I'm hopefully going to try this too, even thought I ended up with a bowel obstruction once before. It's hard when you don't have many options. đź’”
