i want to overdose to self harm, and not attempt suicide. does anyone know over the counter meds thatll hurt me but not kill me? also, i take childrens medicine because pills are hard to take and the only difference is that childrens medicine is usually liquid, which makes it easier for me. thank you

I do this ... a lot. If you want a a high from the self harm drug itself take dph aka benadryl. I'd reccomend doing research on it. The dph subreddit has a lay out of dosages and the effects they will have on you , just know that any dosage past 500mg could kill you .
