Good day! I wrote about this method personally a month back or so. I never end up publishing any of them, but I figured this would be a good place to share one of them. This text mainly focuses on the use of benzodiazepines and other complimentary sedatives.
Alcohol & benzodiazepines used in drowning
Benzodiazepines are a common drug prescribed to treat symptoms of anxiety, insomnia and
seizures. They succeeded barbiturates as a safer option. Some of the most common
benzodiazepines prescribed by doctors are diazepam (Valium) and alprazolam (Xanax).
Combining these drugs with other CNS depressants such as barbiturates, opioids, TCAs,
antihistamines, anticonvulsants & alcohol may amplify symptoms of a benzodiazepine
overdose. Common symptoms of an overdose are confusion, dizziness, diplopia, fatigue,
uncoordinated muscle movement, respiratory depression and loss of consciousness. Death
by an overdose (even accompanied by alcohol) is rare and will almost always result in a
coma. This method is not suitable if you are a heavy drinker.
The method works by depressing the CNS to the point of unconsciousness whilst being in
the water. This could occur in a lake, at sea or even in a bathtub. This method will not work
without benzodiazepines. Alcohol is a must. The drugs mentioned above are a great bonus.
It's strongly recommended to take an antiemetic to prevent vomiting, which isn't uncommon
when alcohol is involved. The cause of death will be drowning. However, it is painless.
Depending on how depressed your system is, no fear or panic will be felt. Doing this method
out at sea or any other public place is unsafe. The brain can't survive without oxygen for
more than 10 minutes. Brain damage is likely to occur within 3-5 minutes.
To optimize this method, it's important to follow a specific regime meant to speed up the
process. Do not eat anything 12 hours before the attempt. Something very light like soup is
acceptable. It is optimal to ingest 30mg of metoclopramide (drinking and fasting combined
are likely to cause vomiting) before consuming any alcohol or benzodiazepines. After half an
hour of the metoclopramide ingestion, take atleast100mg of benzodiazepines. Not all
benzodiazepines are equally sedative. Flurazepam is the most toxic (sedative), with
Temazepam coming in second. Oxazepam is less toxic than average. Alprazolam is more
toxic than Diazepam. Taking alcohol with these drugs is recommended, but drinking the
alcohol 15 minutes after the benzodiazepines can increase the effect, although it's not as
safe. Drink at least 500ml of 40-70% alcohol. The bonus options should be taken along with
the benzodiazepines. Warm/lukewarm water should be filled in a bathtub that's "drownable".
It should be able to fit an entire body (a.k.a not a sitting bathtub). Lay down in the tub and
relax.
Things to take in mind:
● It's extremely rare, but alcohol with benzodiazepines may lead to death, especially if
you include the bonus drugs.
● This method will not work well if you have built up a tolerance to alcohol. It is also
possible to build up a tolerance to benzodiazepines.
● Using cold water instead of lukewarm may decrease the sedative effects.
● Never do this method without an antiemetic.
