I will be trying dimenhydrinate or Dramamine tomorrow (have to buy first).

Any other interesting OTC pills or meds you can do to get high/vertigo?

Personally, if you are in the US, I would snag edible THC while it's still legal. Congress recently closed the farm bill loophole companies had been exploiting. A lot of people like the gummies, but I preferred the liquid form - Pamos in particular. Just take it on an empty stomach, start low, and give it 2-4 hours to kick in. You can drink a beer with it to get crossfaded, but I would avoid overdoing it.

I have also seen new amanita muscaria tinctures advertised on Facebook, but I am not sure how safe those are and can't speak to the high. Psyched Wellness is the most recent I remember.
