I see a lot of obscure chemicals and methods but I've been scrolling down and didn't see this. Am I missing something about this combination?

I hear all the time that people often overdose on accident, if it's that potent, why isn't it a preferred method?

I was just thinking, drink alcohol, then inject. People often describe Opioids as a wrapping yourself in a warm blanket, isn't that literally the best way to go?

How long does it take after injecting?

I can get alcohol, can get insulin syringe, where the hell do I get Opioids? People always say its easy to get drugs, but I have literally ZERO clue on how to buy stuff.

I think it could be one of the best options there is. The main drawback of an opioid OD being its unreliabilty(?), unknown purity. The question is: how much impact on lethality does alcohol bring into the mix?

2 grams of average quality(lets say 40%) street H + a bottle of red wine how deadly is that? What if we put some smoldering coals for good measure... Sounds idyllic...
