Could someone upload thr video where it shows how to open a bottle of nembutal???

I've never seen a bottle of nembutal so I can't help ya there. But I'm pretty sure it has to be refrigerated after you open it so if you share a fridge or don't plan on CTB when you open it be weary.

To add to that, not only will refrigeration aid in the prevention of oxidation (one of the processes most likely to degrade a medication), it might benefit you to use a "Wine Preservation Spray," which basically displaces the oxygen at the top of a bottle with a blast of nitrogen and/or argon, which are inert gases and not likely to chemically react.

What do you mean by central middle part? I know from a user who took the cap off that there is a rubber as well.

Dont worry about it.. just watch the video Mattwitt posted. That will show you everything. The rubber is under the seal.

Some N bottles have a central middle part to open the seal. But the brand A. sells has no central middle part just a blue thick plastic surrounded by aluminum and rubber underneath.

Ah ok. Now I know what you mean. You're right there's no aluminium in the middle. But no arrow either. I just checked. So I think you still need tweezers or nail scissors.
