Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

It has officially been one year since the most horrid day of my life happened. At this same hour I was bawling my eyes out, rubbing at my neck and begging for my mom to come help me.

I can't say this feels like much of an achievement. SI is still present as ever in my day to day life, and all that my attempt left me was a dumb fear of scarves.

But a feat is a feat! And I feel like sharing it here will be the only place where I don't get pitied for sharing it.

Life hasn't been hard, so I can't really put any inspirational quote out there, but it's always nice to remember that things don't go as wrong as you imagine they'll go most of the time. Things are fine, things will be fine.

I'm still planning on actually managing to ctb. Probably via train because I like to inconvenience people, but it has been a nice year. I never thought I'd live to here, but I've been saying that since I was 16.

I was planning to get some ice cream as a celebration for myself, but it's raining outside, which is a shame. So, life advice for living past where you think you'll live: get as much ice cream as possible. It's the best temporary solution to everything.

Are you a tattoo person (maybe I'm just projecting here)

I got a tattoo after my last attempt

it's a garage job, done by a friend who was practicing
but it's meaningful to me

I am unfortunately not (as I am a bit more on the conservative side) but I have imagined tattoos that would be cool to have. It's great to hear that you were able to get something meaningful out of the experience. And what's even cooler is that a part of your friend will always be with you now 😄

My favorite ice cream flavors that I've tried would be lavender honey, honey ginger, mint choco chip, and rum raisin. Choco peanut butter is also good!
