I was wondering if sedatives like tramadol - which is an opiod but I guess 500mg is a high dose right?, diazepam or some antipsychotics like quetiapine will induce much of a sleeping affect which will allow SN or any other method to work more effectively? E.g If I do CO after taking diazepam it will reduce the likelihood of waking up from a migraine or sickness? Would like some insight, please! Thank you

Also sorry for posting erratically
