I want to know what you guys think. Is there anything we should move or add?
also this is personal opinion not anything professional ;-;
S tier - Carbon monoxide (sleep easy), toaster in bathtub (niche), Train (quick to my knowledge), lethal dosages
A tier - Gun (ranked A only because of cleanup), Jumping, Overdose on other medication
B tier - Hanging, poison (cyanide or other)
C tier - blades
D tied - Medically assisted suicide (legal in some places!), car accident (could mean a lot of things, intentionally vague)
F tier - drowning (it sounds like such a pain in the ass)
I would rather live - Stabbing self (this is so hard to pull off, who's rlly gonna stab themself in the chest?), drinking bleach (oh my god no), self-immolation (fuck no), and starvation / dehydration

Yeah, can't agree with train as S tier! Though maybe it depends on whether you mean train by decapitation versus jumping in front of one, still not S for me though, SI would be insane.

SN & other nitrites are S tier for me along with N, even though no longer accessible. Nitazenes are an interesting and highly lethal option emerging though for illicit drug overdoses. If you're drunk or seriously sedated while drowning and have weights tied to you, I've heard it's not as painful as it may seem, or that you do feel a sense of peace before dying after experiencing some pain. Interesting list, thanks for sharing!

I feel SI bumps train down a rank or two.

And medically assisted suicide in D??
Even with the difficulty in qualifying and legality in many countries, It's at minimum B tier.

i wonder why? even pph states peacefullness is only 6/10. not that high to be in s tier
After some thought, I agree with you and would place SN in A tier instead since something like N would be s tier. I place SN high though as if you have all the meds (in particular the meto and benzos) for the protocol, it can certainly be quite peaceful, or at least more peaceful than more commonly methods like hanging. Hanging is a more accessible and common method, for good reason too as it has been around for centuries. But, if you want to go peacefully through hanging, it does seem to be quite technical to get right and partial especially seems to have a high failure rate, at least from reading threads on here.

I think personally that the recommended dose of SN can be overkill for some people (especially if you're lighter) and that if you're willing to wait a little longer for death, you can take a lower dose (15g for example) and experience less intense symptoms overall and a more peaceful ctb. A lot of the recorded SN ctb videos online are also from people who apparently had a protocol of 50g SN (I believe this was in China), explaining the severe symptoms they experienced.

I would certainly place SN above jumping though as SI is not nearly as intense to simply drink a glass (50ml) of the mixture compared to jumping off a high enough location. Additionally, if you end up regretting or failing the attempt, SN is far more forgivable and it seems you either die or with prompt medical treatment experience a full or near full recovery. Compared to jumping, where you could become paralysed for life afterward if survived... These are just my own anecdotal thoughts though based on research and threads on here - please take with a grain of salt! Anyway, hope this helps to explain :)
