If you take olzapine and plan to over dose is an antemic like promethazine needed since your overdosing and it's supose to help with nausea.

I don't think anyone who matters would recommend it, but, it may have helped me in a prior attempt that didn't include SN. It was also before I came to this forum and I was going by my own medical knowledge and research. I also took meto with it, but not that much. I probably took a gram of olanzapine as well as quetiapine. I was trying to prevent vomiting 22.5 grams of amitriptyline. Whatever I did anti-emetic wise worked, because I did not aspirate.
