The quantity of SN you are taking, you would need to have the metabolism of a superhero for it to be compromised

Also I feel ya on the urge to eat, I believe fasting will be the hardest part of my plan!

Anyone want to speculate on what the pain was? I'm guessing it was from the violent vomiting.

Regardless, glad he was able to type up his last experiences to us despite the pain, choking on vomit, and numb hands. My oh my.

Pain is a really subjective thing. What bothers some is nothing for others etc.

Whatever the case, that didn't seem terribly peaceful.

I hope it was his method that made it not so peaceful. He did 3 teaspoons or 2 tablespoons (not sure) in 50ml of water after fasting 36 hrs and didn't use meto. I haven't read anyone else say they were in pain or couldn't breathe.
