Help OCD viciously tearing me apart despite being desperate for life

I'm going to Bruges to hopefully be accepted into a program but I doubt this will be any help as the contamination is next level severity

I desperately want to live but my contamination is way too severe **FUCK**

The OCD subtype is called "metaphysical contamination OCD"

It's good that you're taking action. Even if you don't believe int it yourself, it might turn out better than expected.
I don't know much about OCD but i'm flemish too so if you wanna talk about it in your mothers tongue, we could.
