Ocd and sex. Anyone who can relate?

I crave sex, but when I get the chance I reject it because my ocd kicks in. My ocd revolves partially around cleanliness, so the thought of getting an STD especially bothers me.

Most people in the U.S. use toilet paper after going to the bathroom. That's not good enough. She would need to use baby wipes like I do.

Kissing is difficult because some people have bad breath despite brushing. OCD makes bad smells intolerable.

Oral sex is out of the question, especially since a lot of women wipe back to front. And I've smelled when women are on their period while clothed. The stench is unbearable.

Despite my complaints, I'm still very much attracted to women until faced with these individual problems. I wish my sex drive would go away. SSRIs don't help.

That scenario only works with relationships, which aren't possible given that I'm on disability. A hookup isn't going to wait around to accommodate my preferences. This wouldn't matter if my libido would go away.

I don't have to interact with smelly men. Since I'm not attracted to them, I have no reason to interact. I keep my hygiene up. My ocd makes it exhausting, but I do it. Baby wipes are still superior. As if rubbing dry paper on shit does anything. Again, my post wasn't about ALL women. Is your ocd why you want to die?

People that suffer from OCD might struggle with irrational fear regarding contamination and dirtiness, sometimes even during sex. The issues described in this thread have everything to do with said fear. It's not about gender.

Things you've listed sound reasonable to me, and I'm not diagnosed with ocd, for most people hygiene is important.
I refuse to think there are people who take a dump and then go to have sex, but there probably are. No wipes, you gotta wash that.
I also refuse to believe that women wipe like that. *Definitely* a minority. Because that increases risk for infection and no woman wants that.
There are many men who don't do period sex, so don't feel weird for that.
Bad breath kills it for me too, but it's easy to cop out while still at that stage.

to the OP: I also kinda have similar OCD on sex activities but more on a mental scale, I crave brutal sex regardless how the partner not willing to actually harm me whatsoever.
and all this relates back to my childhood trauma and honestly, fucked up reality always has a fucked up source.
one thing would be better addressed is that how this symptoms and/or feelings actually contribute to different angles of uncomfort, OP seems to at least differenciate hookups and relationships, and it's the struggling made the wordings graphic and triggering.
as a victim of an actual minor abuse I think it is never enough just to call out or punish, it's still suicide related, efforts like figuring out why some humans act in certain ways eventually becomes far more important than individual cases. should at some point OP's struggle actually get a realistic solution, the knowledge behind that will be much more than just a confusion facing disgust contradictory.

Women can't wipe back to front because of they do they would get a urinary track infection. The vagina is super sensitive to any sort of infection and needs to be treated with care otherwise a lot of problems arise.

When a parent has a baby girl, it's one of the first things taught to never wipe back to front or your child will develop an infection.
To risk potentially passing excrement to one of the most sensitive parts of the body…

If you have encountered women who do this, then unfortunately they have probably had a lot of urinary track infections, and perhaps that's why you have had experiences of bad smell with women, perhaps they had an active infection and it wasn't their period.

And as for the period smell… I've never smelled another women's period before while everyone was clothed. I didn't even know that was possible?

I've had my fair share of smelling bad stenches from men and women but I think it's from hormonal issues or people who need to use a lot of deodorant.
