Help Obtaining Chemicals in Germany?

I've been looking into the method of Producing CO with Formic acid and Sulfuric acid as mentioned in PPeH.
I am in Germany and would like to know how can I get them. One particular site ( which I guess I can't name here) says it only sells to enterprises and not general consumers, another says I have to sign some declaration after ordering.

Would be great if anyone can help.

it is easy to get both as long as you are willing to give some of your poor euros

these are not illegal for citizens in the eu to posess

i dont even need to explain sulfuric acid, this is very easy to find.

formic acid can be found if you go onto beekeeping sites mostly. lots of online retailers that you have probably used before also sell though i cannot publicly disclose due to site rules.

you should be able to find it if you are smart at google fu or are a beekeeper

Upon doing some further research, it is apparently illegal to sell sulfuric acid above 15% concentration to any individual especially without an End user declaration, but all the stores I've looked at ask for it even for lower concentrations.
