Maybe someone knows how to cope with obsessive thoughts? Thoughts constantly come to mind about what was lost, what will happen tomorrow, how it was better before. What if he finds out I'm lying? How life shit is. I just want to live for today and not think about the future. It happens that you need to focus on something or just watch a movie and they constantly come to mind.
