I'm pretty sick today so I'm not going to publish studies and numbers yet, but I would say that o-dsmt is a pretty deadly substance and easy to get.

the tables indicate that tramadol is 10x weaker than morphine, but the ld50 values are in favor of tramadol. there is not much data about o-dsmt. Regarding opioids, I would only go with fentanyl/nitazenes and at most methadone.
