Help Nothing to live for...

Hi! I suffer from mental health issues, physical health issues, I have no friends, no social life, no interests or hobbies. I have attempted suicide numerous times and I am not receiving adequate support from mental health services. I have been on this forum before, but lost all my login details so I had to create a new account. My preferred method to CTB is ligature strangulation. I have so far done it countless times but only twice have passed out then someone found me. I have tried most methods. I am severely depressed and do not see the point in my existence. I have nothing to live for. I planned to cut, ligature, and take an overdose all in one go, but my mum has hidden the house keys so I cannot go to my desired location. I also don't want her to find me. I live near the woods which is perfect but I dont want to do anything during the day. I don't exactly know what advice or information anyone can provide me but I chose these 3 methods because I know one wont work on its own and I have jumped from a height before which obviously didn't work, just got severe injuries. I do want to die, I just dont know how it'll be possible to do anything and each day I am suffering more and more. I want it to work, hence why I have been putting it off as I dont want to be impulsive about it. Can anyone send me links on what the best artery to cut is please? And also how to fall unconscious from ligature strangulation...

cutting your arteries isn't reliable. from what i understand, you need to have extensive anatomical knowledge, and even then, i'd imagine survival instinct is an absolute bitch.

Your Mom hid the house keys? Are you locked IN? Being locked out wouldn't be a problem, would it?

I have cut an artery previously using a torch to find the artery and distinguish it from a vein by testing for a valve plus thickness. I didnt cut through deep enough though and it has left a scar so scared tissue is a real issue for me too. I have studied anatomy and physiology at university so know whats where etc

Im locked in at night, due to my high risk of suicide and im feeling really depressed and suicidal and my mum knows straight away
