What's are people's thoughts on leaving notes for loved ones? I feel conflicted on the idea is it best to say goodbye to leave a note that shows that this decision was made when in a sound state of mind lucid and it's what you wanted. Or is it best to leave your important people to come to their own decision of what happened or what you may have been thinking in the moment let them draw their own conclusion that puts them at peace. Also how many people do you write a note too……..
