I have severe anhedonia so I don't feel pleasure or anything else anyways, but there are a few things I wanted to do in the last while:
1) Over the last few+ months I got to eat some foods I didn't eat in several years due to a strict diet for my health and all my food reactions. First I started eating more vegan desserts last year and over the last few months I tested other foods. This has been really great for me.
2) My forehead wrinkles that were driving me crazy finally somewhat went away. I shouldn't have wrinkles like that in my late 20s lol. I think it's trial and error, things that I thought should've worked before like a vitamin C serum and vitamin A didn't work at all.
3) I discovered a hair salon that has next level hair cuts like I've never seen before. Before when picking a salon, all the photos of their hair cuts online looked similar or the same to me. This lady is ridiculously skilled. My fresh cut will be on Tuesday.
4) I ordered an expensive anti-inflammatory supplement powder, the best one I was able to find on the market. I might as well just try it since the medical system hasn't been able to help me at all for years with my autoimmune-like illness (or with my anhedonia/other issues). If you get bad side effects like insomnia they refund you too so it felt like a good gamble.
I cut out the paid activity I was going to over the past few weeks and thought instead I'd rather pay a lot for a sick hair cut which may be a one time thing and an anti-inflammatory supplement to try once.
