Im watching a show about muslim dating, i relate to this more than other ethnicity and groups dating stories and experiences, eventhough im not muslim. I relate to it more because the ones starting out trying to find a partner have no experience in dating. Even the ones who have been trying to find someone for years, they have no luck. Some have been looking for 6, 8 years and a woman looking for someone for 10 years. While Caucasians and other ethnicities have so much dating experience, have people attracted to them and are the preference or first choice -I cant relate to them when i listen to them. It all comes back to my shtty upbringing, i hated it. It fcked me up so much mentally and emotionally. I had no social life at all.
