Help Nordic country SN or similar?

Keeping the title short but Yea. My Main chosen method isn't SN but thats because of how I'm unsure if anyone in the nordic countries have been able to access it. So if anyone has any personal or observer experience of getting ahold of it I'd be thankfull to know of it.
Or if there is something similar of the sort that ingestible and likely to cause an end fairly quick. Dont really care if it comes with pain, as long as it is effective.
Current Main plan is monkshood/wolfsbane which indeed is not a peacefull one but its ingestible and acccesable with little to no help medically

My country isn't exactly in the EU but in the EEA at least. A bit unsure if that applies for the normal citizen or just for companies, but it probably works for both. Have to do some reading on that likely
