Yeah. Even if you don't want to write a note to your parents, you could still write one that is directed to your parents but is actually written with the motive of letting the authorities know that you killed yourself rather than you getting murdered

If you have a narcississtic parent,no note or letter will help.They are physically incapable of empathy due to the lack of proper grey matter in their brain.I realized that if a parent doesn't care that their child wants to die,they probably never mattered that much anyway in my case.I was born as an obligation so,yeah.Similar threads
