How did I get here?

My sleep cycle is absolutely busted beyond belief, it's been that way since I was a teen. Seems others have fixed themselves by now, slipped back into something most people would consider "regular" but for some reason nothing's changed for me.
Ok so it's kind of a blessing and a curse. On the one hand everything's just so much more chill at night, and I just feel a lot more active, but it's also the time where I'm most alone. All of my friends are somewhat normal, so the last of them go to bed at maybe 1AM, leaving me utterly on my own. That also faciliates my dark thoughts, they're most noticeable at this time, but I think that goes for everyone here, so I shouldn't be complaining about this.
