Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Alternative methods, more info about methods that shouldn't be attempted, an update for SN as it's basically a russian roulette type thing whether or not your package gets seized along with other complications, side effects for some methods
I was downloading the one of the "Suicide Resource Compilation" section and not the one in the Sticky Thread i think this is why.. but still weird.
