I had second thoughts wondering if it was the same thread. The details of the method were laid out in one of the lawsuits.

The order may be accepted initially but will be canceled after they verify that the shipping address doesn't belong to a registered business. Happened to me (not with DD - never had the website). Thought I'd beaten the system by claiming to be in restaurant/food industry or something. Nope.

Until today I thought this is all still about the lawsuit filed in February 2022 in WA.

Looking at the very explicit Tweet by the lawyer (that got about 50k likes and thousands of shares) I am a bit confused. She is calling out Amazon for cross selling everything you need, including the PPeH as manual, but then she goes on to explain in detail (over a lengthy 10 tweet thread) what exactly is required for this method.

Literally taking the method mainstream.
Weird flex.

I think the lawyer's only focus is to get these cases settled for as much money as possible and the more outrage and attention she creates with her 47-tweet-thread, the higher Amazon will be willing to settle.

In her world, the best that could happen of course is that this tort lawsuit is successful and then it will cover every family that lost a child. She would get 30% of every dollar Amazon has to shell out.

In fact... the more people (not just kids) buy SN on Amazon and successfully CTB with it, the more money she will make.
Every. Single. One.
30%.

It's rather obscene.

They're only scaring non-suicidal people. Of course no one wants pain, but if someone chooses to ctb, they're going to, no matter what anyone says.

I hate that they think all suicidal people want others to ctb. I don't want anyone else to feel the way I do. If they could only understand that this is the Safest place for us to come. I know for many of us, it's why we haven't just yet.

The same happened in the UK, I read coroners' reports on suicides and there were a few SN cases, the coroner sends a report to the family, home secretary, and the manufacturer of the substance and warns them of the consequences now they have been officially warned people use their chemicals to CTB, then it is followed up with Police who obtain there purchasing records and visit them and call it a welfare visit.

There is that quote "Loose Lips Sink Ships" people were openly broadcasting how they were shipping it to avoid customs and uploading images of the packaging and the courier company, which is never a good way to keep a secret. I think N will make a comeback next year.

I wonder how they verify it's a business. I know when I bought mine, I made a separate email with "deli" in the email address. Things were getting shaky then, so I didn't want to take any chances.

Hopefully someone here has done so and can give us some enlightenment.

Thanks for explaining. They will probably email you or call you and ask for proof of being a registered business, you could be right though.

I ordered within the last couple weeks from DD and I'm not a business. Might just be a front on the website. Won't know unless you try.

OMFGGGG. I am so glad I got my SN from there a while ago. That's insane but not surprising. We were all saying before how we should get SN asap incase they put on these new regulations and now boom it happen.

I bought SN a couple of months ago from a chemical supply company I found by doing a Google search. .I didn't pose as a business and used a personal credit casrd. Didn't know about DD. Don't plan on CTB until next year at the earliest.

I recommend to everyone get your SN (if that's what you plan to use one day) ASAP!! It's only going to continue getting more difficult to access.

From what I have seen (and that was earlier in 2022), there is only one supplier in Canada who doesn't require you to be a business/lab/school etc. That's IC. Every other company that sells SN has already self-restricted to not sell to private addresses.

For a while there was a seller (SD) on the US jungle site and they would have shipped cross border apparently. Similarly priced as IC (so, much higher compared to the research lab suppliers). However I haven't seen people here in the forum who ordered and tested the product, so I can't vouch for it's quality.

Yes I am sure there are.
But within Canada sales have been very restrictive for quite some time already. It seems those all have been self-imposed restrictions though. Nothing official coming down from gov regarding SN.
(Not yet... probably just a matter of time)
