Mh dismissed and devaluated everything i tried to get across. I felt less safe and supported with them!
My GP practice reached their patient capacity and skill base limits to keep going.
I was a yo yo of emotions to friends so they just had to step back and watch in the end.
My mum I protected by hiding most from her and in fact what i did say always just got made to be small and silly.
So....options..... NONE other then CTB.
I truly hope u guys out there get better help if u reach out for it then i ever experienced.
43 and exhausted managing myself and no one left to support me onwards.
