Method No benzos, antiemetic yes in SN method

Has anyone used Olanzapine as an antiemetic yet? Or considered it? Looking into the SN method. Likely I won't be able to have benzos for it but yes to the antiemetic. It would be the one I named at 5 mg.

From what I understand, Olanzapine should work as it studies seem to indicate it also promotes gastric emptying (like meto) and even seems to be more effective at controlling breakthrough nausea. But also remember that SN is lethal by itself, and you don't necessarily need an antiemetic -- it's to make the experience more comfortable.

To make things more comfortable? Maybe. I mean, most people vomit regardless. Arguably the primary reason AEs are in the protocol is because it decreases the time till the SN is absorbed into the blood stream. That means that the amount of time you have to keep the SN down before vomiting is decreased. Without the AE, your chances of success go down.

Follow the protocol, and it's an effective method. Deviate, and you're taking incremental risks.

Extremely true, there's a protocol with a specific type of antiemetic for a reason. Just mentioning that you can indeed be successful with only SN, and I totally understand how sourcing some of these medications in the protocol can be difficult for some users.

I am also planning on using Olanzapine for AE.
