Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

In the antiemetic section of Stan's Guide, the last paragraph of the section lists drugs with a number followed by nM. I am assuming it's mg but just wanna make sure

I'm pretty sure it means nanomole. Basically just how concentrated whatever you're taking is. I got my source from here

i was wondering the same regarding the med quetiapine, for it to act as an enti-emetic, how much of a dose do you need to be on and would you have needed to be on that long term?
i had a search around and found this thread below, it seems that you have to be on a high dose of quetiapine (300mg+) for some time for it to work as an anti-emetic... https://sanctioned-suicide.net/thre...red-as-an-antiemetic-for-the-sn-method.38621/
