i tried using a chord and it didnt do anything, then with some non-stretching clothing, and i got the "head about to explode" feeling and some ringing in my ears, but i couldnt pass out, i wanna get used to the feeling so i dont panick when the time comes, and if cant do it i'll try partial suspension.

the only thing i could stop was my hearing. i've always been so quick to faint, why now am i so resilient.
tried more pressure around my adams apple, instead of my ears going numb my face did, but i still didnt feel like i was passing out.
i've been trying for an hour now, my lips feel numb, my airway is tight and uncomfortable, im just gonna give up and cry myself to sleep.

i've made a habit of trying to get used to the feeling, ive constricted my neck at least once everyday, i think its definitely taking a toll on my body, ive found myself feeling very sleepy lately.

Do NOT do this repeatedly. You can slowly give yourself very real, permanent brain damage doing this.

If you are doing these methods correctly there should be no bad sensation, or very little. Every time I practice I nearly black out and it's so fast there is no time to feel the exploding head sensation.
