Have been trying it on and off for days now and just can't get it. The absolute most I've done is (I think) affect the jugulars and not the carotids. Nothing has ever happened besides feeling my own pulse, like, in my head. I've tried belts as well as my actual ligature as well as socks/cornhole bags/small cylinders and I'm not getting anywhere. Sucks because this was going to be something I had as an emergency method. Whatever, guess I'm going to expiriment with CO2 (mass amounts) or SN.

I find it so cruel and dreadful how it's so difficult to be permanently free from this existence, I wish there's the option to just simply die in peace in a guaranteed way with no risks of it leading to more suffering and never suffer ever again. But anyway I wish you the best.
