Night Night was the first method I tried, but as you can see, it didn't go according to the plan. It was a horrible experience. I experienced a shift of consciousness, so I know I pressed the right places, but at the same time, I had difficulty breathing and panicked. I got convulsions and became very shaky. I could lose my breathing, but not the consciousness. So, I was laying there, having convulsions, suffocating, head expanding, and finally, I had to release the ratchet because it was too painful to bear. I wish I would have been successful with it. Life only became more miserable after psychiatric treatment and rehab.Similar threads
