Sodium Nitrite. A salt used for curing meat among other things which is lethally toxic when ingested. If you look under the sticked resources thread, you'll find links to the SN mega thread and Stan's guide which contain plenty of information on what it is and how it kills you.

Whether you can get it locally rather than ordering it online, or online from another country, depends on where you live.
