Might cbt in late January/early February when I've got a chance to be left alone. Assuming all goes accordingly, I'm going to get drunk enough to phase out my survival instincts for a little while, so l can more successfully "make amends". My friends and family wouldn't understand, but this is the highest form of atonement l can do, to rip the very life from my body away for them, all of them.

But one of them does! One of them isn't going to stop me from making my OWN decision, they're not forcing me to live! And l owe it all to this particular friend. They tried so hard to help me through my addiction and newfound depression and whatnot...and l punished them for it. I punished them for trying to help me at every turn, what's wrong with me? I do not know, but I'm going to atone for it, I'll get off their back by dying and stop hurting everyone l know.


Back to said future attempt, I considered cutting, but I'm much too cowardly for that.. secondary idea was fucking around with the electricity of my home. Stick a fork or two into the outlet or toaster, but I don't know how effective that'll be exactly. Any suggestions would be lovely!

I wouldnt recommend sticking a fork into whatever electrical equipment you can find, its too much of a risk. It depends on how good your heart is etc etc (although im no expert so who knows if im right) besides i think it could explode (also depends on where you stick your fork into) and i dont know whether you live in an apartment. If you do then it might cause problems to the living people

Other than that i dont know what would be most effective so i suggest you go looking at other peoples posts (T▽T)

Either way its so sad hearing what people go through, i hope you find your happiness!!

Therapy is very good in the right direction. I haven't experienced this kind of therapy myself, but I hope it will help you.

Its very hard to electrocute from home electricity as circuit breakers & ground fault interrupters will trigger in a split second, stopping the current. That would be an extremely painful way out!!!

I think you should try SN like everyone else, but I don't know try what you like first and see. That doesn't seem like a great plan besides the alcohol though. Do you suffer from anything though that could kill you (health issue related I mean)?

As Maniac116 said correctly, it is very hard to die from electricity in your home. It can leave you with some serious injury though. So I would pass on that idea. Try SN, everyone here seems to do that.
